PC70 2P

The PC70 2P machine gives a high quality mirror polishing and gloss finishing to tubes. This machine is capable to operate automatically different types of tubes: round tubes, squared tubes and rectangular tubes. The machine is equipped with two stations which contributes to a faster tube mirror polishing process. The tube is clamped by its interior and the double polishing wheels operate reciprocally as polishing station and as tube support, the chances of having scratches is eliminated contributing to a high polishing quality. The machine can be easily adjusted to different lengths by simply adjusting one clamping support. The touchscreen makes the operation faster by easily define the values and the number of turns. Then, the process is automatic.

• PC70 2P comes in its standard version with automatic spray guns with pressurized polishing compound tank and with a max. tube size of 60mm and a max. 2m length, but other sizes and lengths can also be proposed by request.
