Grinding laser burrs and rounding the edges in one single step: high performance on all edges and also on internal holes. One deburring contact roller combined with two cross belts mounted with abrasive blocks running in opposite directions, completing edge rounding on the complete area of the part. Excelent work on small parts down to 50x50mm. DM1100 ZC can edge round parts with plastic foil, keeping the original finishing and assuring the work purely on the edges. Easy to use with an integrated touch screen for monitoring the working settings and the machine alarms. Sharp edge removal by the C module of DM1100 ZC on stainless steel laser cut part. Improving the productivity on small parts with one single operator. Double side operation or parts inspection and storage turned easier.
