3M™ VHB™ Tape Max 110GF is a high-performance double-sided acrylic foam tape engineered for demanding industrial bonding applications where exceptional strength and long-term reliability are required. As part of the strongest acrylic foam tape series in the 3M™ VHB™ Tape portfolio, it provides bond strength of up to 470 psi (3.24 MPa) in overlap shear, significantly higher than standard 3M™ VHB™ Tapes.

Designed as an alternative to traditional mechanical fastening methods, certain forms of welding, and liquid adhesives, 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max 110GF helps simplify production processes by eliminating operations such as drilling, welding, and subsequent cleanup. Its pressure-sensitive adhesive provides immediate handling strength, enabling faster assembly and processing compared to liquid adhesive systems.

With a thickness of 1.1 mm, 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max 110GF provides an excellent balance between conformability and high bond strength. It is suitable for bonding panels to frames, attaching stiffeners, assembling industrial components, and other demanding applications requiring a strong and durable connection.

The tape provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials, particularly metals and high surface energy substrates. Its viscoelastic acrylic foam construction helps distribute stress across the bonded area while creating a smooth, virtually invisible bond line that can contribute to improved product aesthetics.
