3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 110 is a versatile, 1:1 mix ratio, two-part epoxy adhesive designed to cure quickly to provide a flexible bond. It works on a variety of substrates including metals, ceramics and glass, wood, and many plastics. Dispenses with minimal dripping, running and for controlled, accurate dispensing. This adhesive features high shear strength and good peel performance that, when combined with good flexibility, makes it ideal for applications involving dissimilar surfaces, including those in the transportation, specialty vehicle, electrical, general industrial, sporting goods, construction, and consumer goods industries.

This adhesive has a 1:1 mix ratio, and 10 minute work life; so there’s some opportunity for repositioning and to adjust for fit prior to setting. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes and is fully cured in 48 hours at room temperature. This product is available in bulk or smaller Duo-Pak cartridges.
