3M™ Scotch‑Weld™ kompozitni lepak DP6310NS je dvokomponentni poliuretanski lepak u pasti, razvijen za zahtevno lepljenje kompozitnih materijala i višematerijalnih sklopova. Namenjen je za lepljenje kompozita, plastike, metala i drveta, uključujući različite i međusobno nekompatibilne podloge.

Ovaj poliuretanski lepak ima izuzetnu čvrstoću i performanse, uz visoku fleksibilnost, odlična svojstva izduženja i povoljan odnos naprezanja i deformacije. Zahvaljujući tim karakteristikama, omogućava trajne i pouzdane spojeve kod kompozitnih delova i višematerijalnih sklopova, uz dobru apsorpciju energije i otpornost na zamor materijala.

Lepak ima otvoreno vreme od 10 minuta i meša se u odnosu 1:1. Očvršćava na sobnoj temperaturi, a proces se može ubrzati primenom toplote. Formulacija otporna na curenje sprečava razlivanje i spuštanje lepka tokom nanošenja, a u većini slučajeva nije potrebna upotreba prajmera. Poseduje izuzetnu otpornost na vodu i vlagu, kao i vrlo dobru hemijsku otpornost.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Urethane Adhesive DP6310NS is a two-part polyurethane (urethane) adhesive paste designed for high-performance bonding of composites and multi-material assemblies. It is suitable for bonding composites, plastics, metals, and wood, including dissimilar substrates.

This green, non-sag polyurethane adhesive delivers outstanding strength and performance while maintaining flexibility. It features excellent elongation, stress–strain properties, energy absorption, and fatigue resistance, ensuring durable bonds in composite parts and multi-material assemblies.

The adhesive has a 10-minute open time and a 1:1 mix ratio. It cures at room temperature, with the option to accelerate curing using heat. Its non-sag formulation resists running and slumping during application, and in most cases, no primer is required. The adhesive offers excellent resistance to water and humidity, along with very good chemical resistance.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Urethane Adhesive DP6310NS can replace rivets and screws when attaching composites to other substrates, providing a cleaner, more aesthetic bond line with improved fatigue resistance.
