M™ Cubitron™ 3 Flap Disc 1169F is a high-performance abrasive disc for metal, designed for fast and efficient weld grinding, beveling, and processing of carbon steel and stainless steel. This next-generation flap disc delivers significantly higher material removal rates, longer service life, and consistent performance compared to conventional flap discs.

Powered by the advanced 3M Precision-Shaped Grain technology with re-engineered curved edges, this disc cuts through metal rather than plowing through it like traditional abrasives. This results in faster cutting, reduced heat generation, and improved overall efficiency.

During operation, the flaps gradually wear down, continuously exposing fresh abrasive mineral. This ensures a consistent cut rate throughout the entire life of the disc, delivering reliable performance even in demanding industrial applications.

On carbon steel, the 3M Cubitron 3 flap disc removes up to 49% more material compared to the 3M™ Cubitron™ II Flap Disc 969F and up to 66% more compared to the 3M™ 769F, directly increasing productivity and reducing abrasive consumption.
